  • We may make changes to our services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

IP Ownership

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

  • Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, GamesCraft Studio retains ownership of all source code, development tools, and proprietary technologies used in the development process.
  • Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final game product as specified in their individual contract.
  • Custom artwork, characters, and storylines created specifically for a client project may be transferred to the client as specified in the project contract.
  • GamesCraft Studio retains the right to showcase all completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:
